Thanks for shopping at KC Pet Supplies. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Returns are eligible for store credit only unless faulty.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit or refund in the instance of a faulty item. Return shipping is at buyers expense.

Cancellation of order may be done within 24 hours and will incur a $10 or 10% fee, whichever is greater, to cover merchant and administration fees.

Click and collect orders must be collected within 14days, otherwise they will be treated as cancelled. Delivery is subject to 2-7 business day timeframe.
